What if you could lose weight, start eating better or commit to exercising and be encouraged by your coach every single day! This is theKORS Coaching.

How does theKORS Process Work? 

Close your eyes, and think about: What would you change about yourself specifically your health, at this very moment? Would you like to lose weight, start exercising or maybe eat out less often? You start by sharing this wonderful vision with me, your coach.

What happens next? Do you give me specific directions to follow like a meal and exercise plan?
On theKORS, you are not signing up for a one-size-fits-all plan, as your health needs and desires are not the same as the next person’s. If you are looking for a basic meal or exercise plan, there are plenty of options available to you through a simple Google search.

So, then what do we do?
We begin to examine your lifestyle, peeling back the layers of the onion. We uncover specific behaviors you wish to engage in AND we discuss habits you feel may not be serving you well.
Next, we get down to business in a goal setting strategy session. If you decide to start going to the gym 3x a week, we picture just how and when this will happen and we discuss any potential barriers that may come up.
At our next session you share whether you were able to accomplish part or all of your goals. Your journey will likely ebb and flow week by week as we uncover what works for you, and this keeps the process fun and new!

I tend to do well the first few days of a program then I slowly fall off.
I love this part of my coaching. First of all, you are not alone, but if this happens or even if you have a simple question, you need not wait until our next session. You simply reach out to me, and I will respond to you within 24 hrs. In fact, we connect every single day! This continual support and accountability keep us dialed in.

I don’t want to be deprived. I dread getting started.
Please know that uncovering areas of your diet to improve, gently beginning to exercise or claiming better health can truly be a joyful experience! Taking the plunge can be the hardest part. After that, be really excited!
